I love this ! Who know photography mixed with body paint could create such a beautiful piece. Here is the link to the artist who made it
Here is something I did one night playing with painted faces and photography. It as just an experiment but I do like the photo. It would have been easier if I had some models to use instead of myself
Interstingly, the 2nd peice I found that I loved is from the same website redbubble.com. Ill have to check it out and write about it. But here is another amazing body painting piece.
And Now here is some work that you can do with litterally nothing. (you could use a newspaper to get the ink on your thumbs if you wanted)
This thumbprint art is done by an artist named Chuck Close, who suffered a fatal blood clot in 1988 leaving him quadriplegic. His passion and optimism woudnt let him stop creating art, and therefroe he came up with new ways of doing so that have become iconic to him. I also found out that he was born and raised in Monroe, WA ! I was born and raised in Everett, Wa. (that was exciting
Here is more of his work because he is just too awesome:
ENJOY ! and dont forget to create, even if you arent an art student or a proffesional artist, or even someone who has ever had an interest in art, just pick up whatever you want and start creating something for yourself, something you might never show anyone (its very meditative, and you might be surprised at what you can make if you just let yourself do it ) and as you have seen you dont need any fancy art supplies.
